How to make plant and seed tags
A 2" × 1" garden tag: the plant name and variety, a sown date that stamps itself, and a QR code to the care notes.
Steps

Start a 2" × 1" label
New label → Roll / thermal → 2x1.

Plant name large, variety underneath
The name is what you read from the bench; the variety is what you check up close.

Add a sown date that stamps itself
A text item reading SOWN with Auto date field pressed. Weeks later that date is the only thing that tells you what is ahead of what.

Add a QR to the care notes
Watering, spacing, days to harvest — a QR code saves writing any of it on a two-inch label.

Think about the weather
Sun and water will lift an ordinary sticker in a season. Use weatherproof stock, or stick the label on something rigid and let the tag take the weather.
