Your license includes every version released within a year of purchase, and the version you have keeps working forever. If LabelVault tells you a build is newer than your license, install the newest one dated inside your updates window from this list — or renew your updates on the LabelVault page.

Two fields in the properties panel were too narrow for their own spin buttons, so the value each held could not be read: the Thickness box on a Line item, and the "+ days" offset on an auto date field, where 365 showed as 65. Both are now laid out like every other field in the panel, and the date format has a label of its own. The licence wording in Settings and the licence window now says a key covers as many computers as you licensed, rather than as many as you bought.
A small tidy-up to the Print window: the note explaining which paper size gets sent now appears only when LabelVault has taken that choice over, rather than restating the tick box every time.
Printing on Brother QL label printers now follows the roll that is actually loaded. LabelVault used to tell every roll printer what size to use; a Brother QL only accepts its own DK sizes, so the request was ignored and labels came out wrong until the driver was corrected by hand. Die-cut DK labels now use the size set in the printer, continuous DK rolls still get their length from LabelVault, and the Print window warns when the roll loaded is not the one the label was made for. Also: the barcode type list shows proper names rather than internal spellings, Auto date field updates the text box it inserted into, and the label size chooser no longer reacts to a second OK.
Data merge: print one label per row from a spreadsheet. Put {Column} in any text, barcode, QR code or table cell, choose a CSV in the Print window, and LabelVault prints a label for every row — bin locations, asset tags, sample IDs. It shows how many rows it found, which fields it will fill, and lets you step through the rows before printing.
On displays scaled above 100 % (most laptops) the editor now fits and centres the label correctly, and Real size is the real printed size. Licence window tidy-up after activation.
Hardened file handling: a .lbv from an untrusted source can no longer exhaust memory (zip-bomb, gigapixel image and element-count limits); oversized images are refused with a clear message.
License check at every launch (refunds, revocations and seat moves apply the next time you open the program, not a day later); an activated PC that stays offline keeps working indefinitely.

All installers are code-signed by Beckham Enterprises, LLC. Windows 10 or later, 64-bit. Installing an older version over a newer one is fine — your labels are plain files and are never touched.
