How to share labels between two PCs
Point LabelVault at a folder everyone can reach — a shared drive or a Dropbox folder — and every machine opens the same labels.
Steps

Find where labels are kept
Settings shows the labels folder. By default it is a Labels folder in your Documents.

Point it somewhere shared
Press Change… and pick a network drive or a Dropbox folder.

Do the same on the other PCs
Set the same folder on each machine. Change a label on one and everybody has the new version.

Open another folder without switching
Other folder… opens any folder for a look without changing your default, and Recent jumps back to ones you have used.
Worth knowing
- This is a shared folder, not a live document. If two people edit the same label at the same time, the last one to save wins.
- Each label is a single .lbv file that carries its own images, so copying the folder copies everything.
