How to make a calibration or service-due label
Two dates: when it was done, which prints itself, and when it is due, which is the one that gets the size.
Steps

Start a 2" × 1" label
New label → Roll / thermal → 2x1.

Add "CALIBRATED" with an auto date
Small, across the top. Press Auto date field so today's date prints itself every time.

Add the due date big underneath
This one you type, because it is a date in the future and only you know your interval. Make it the biggest thing on the label.

Add who did it and the instrument number
A small line at the bottom is enough.

Do not let the due date be the small text
Somebody glancing at a gauge on a shelf is asking one question — is this still in date — and the label should answer it from a step away.
Worth knowing
- If your interval is fixed, you can use a date field with "+ days" set to the interval and let the label work the due date out for you.
