How to uninstall KeysWalletWatch and free its license seat
Sign the PC out of the license, stop sync, back up, then uninstall — and leave "Delete the application data" unticked unless you want the vaults erased.
Short answer: Before uninstalling, open Settings → License and click Sign out this computer so the seat is free for another PC. Back up your vaults, then uninstall from Windows Settings → Apps. The uninstaller's "Delete the application data" box erases the vaults on this PC; leave it unticked to keep them.

Free the license seat
Settings → License → Sign out this computer. Confirm with Sign out at "Free this computer's seat?". The app says "This computer was signed out of the license".

Stop syncing this PC
If the vault syncs: Settings → Sync → Disconnect Sync → Disconnect → Confirm. Your local vault is not affected, and your other PCs keep syncing.

Back up
Settings → Security → Backup Vault, for every vault you want to keep.

Uninstall
Windows Settings → Apps → Installed apps → KeysWalletWatch → ⋯ → Uninstall.

Decide about the data
The uninstaller offers "Delete the application data". Ticked, it deletes the %APPDATA%\com.keyswalletwatch.app folder — every vault on this PC. Unticked, the vaults stay and reappear if you reinstall.
Worth knowing
- Forgot to sign out first? Sign the PC out from the license portal (Settings → License → Manage my computers opens it).
- To take a vault off the vault picker without uninstalling: Settings → Security → Remove Vault Profile (keeps the file on disk). Permanently Delete Vault → Delete Forever → Yes, Delete Forever erases it from this PC and cannot be undone.
- Revoking a PC from another synced PC (Settings → Sync → Paired Devices) stops it syncing even if you cannot reach it.
