How to install KeysWalletWatch and create your first vault
Download the installer, get past SmartScreen if it appears, and run the five-step setup: your name, a master password, who the vault is for, and the recovery key.

Import saved passwords from Chrome, Edge, Brave or Opera, or a CSV from Bitwarden, LastPass, 1Password or a spreadsheet — including a Person/Owner column.
How to start the free trial and activate a license key
Request the 30-day trial key from inside the app, paste it in, and later activate the license key you bought — one key covers up to five computers.

How to buy cloud sync and turn it on
Add a sync pass ($12, $24 or $48 a year) to your license, then switch on Device Sync on your first PC. The relay stores only the encrypted vault and a version number.
How to add a second PC to a synced vault (pairing code and approval)
Generate an 8-character pairing code on a PC that has the vault, enter it under Join Synced Vault on the new PC, and approve the request. Codes last 5 minutes.
How KeysWalletWatch sync works: merges, conflicts and deletes
Every save uploads; other PCs check when you unlock and every 60 seconds. Changes merge entry by entry, the newest edit wins, and the losing password is kept in history.

How to back up a vault and restore it from a backup
Backup Vault saves an encrypted .kww copy that opens with the password you had at the time. Bring it back with Restore Vault or Open Existing Vault.
How to use the Security dashboard and check passwords against breaches
The Security dashboard scores the vault and lists old, reused and weak passwords. Check All Passwords compares them with Have I Been Pwned without sending any password.
How to print your emergency recovery sheet
KeysWalletWatch prints a one-page recovery sheet: your recovery key, the vault name and date, and where the vault file lives. Print it once and store it like a passport.

Move your vault with sync (Join Synced Vault) or with a backup file (Open Existing Vault), then activate your license on the new PC and free the old seat.
How to uninstall KeysWalletWatch and free its license seat
Sign the PC out of the license, stop sync, back up, then uninstall — and leave "Delete the application data" unticked unless you want the vaults erased.
