How to buy cloud sync and turn it on
Add a sync pass ($12, $24 or $48 a year) to your license, then switch on Device Sync on your first PC. The relay stores only the encrypted vault and a version number.
Short answer: Buy a sync pass with the same email as your license — Sync ($12/year, 2 vaults), Family ($24/year, 6 vaults) or Team ($48/year, 15 vaults). It attaches to your key automatically. Then on your first PC open Settings → Sync, click Set Up, name the device and click Enable Sync.

Pick a plan
Sync covers 2 vaults, Family 6 and Team 15. A vault is one vault file, however many PCs it is on — one person with a laptop and a desktop needs one vault on the plan. Family and Team also cover the people you share Developer Mode projects with.

Buy it with your license email
In the app, Settings → License → Buy cloud sync (or the pricing section of the KeysWalletWatch page). Use the same email address as your license. The quantity is the number of years, 1 to 10, paid once — there is no subscription.

Let the app pick it up
The pass attaches to your license and the app sees it at its next check-in. To make that happen now, click the round-arrow button on the License tab. The tab then reads "Cloud sync: up to N vaults until <date>".

Switch on Device Sync
Go to Settings → Sync. Under Device Sync click Set Up. Leave Relay Server URL as https://sync.keyswalletwatch.com, type a Device Name such as "Office PC", and click Enable Sync.

Check it is connected
Device Sync now says Connected, with a Sync Now button and "Last synced version". From here on every save uploads the encrypted vault by itself.

Worth knowing
- The free trial includes sync for 2 vaults, so you can try all of this before buying.
- Your vault is encrypted on this PC before it is sent. The relay stores the encrypted file and a version number, and holds nothing that can decrypt it.
- If a sync pass runs out, uploads stop but downloads keep working, and your local vaults are untouched.

- Can the sync server read my passwords?
- No. Encryption and decryption happen only on your PCs with your master password. The relay stores ciphertext and a version number.
- Do I need sync to use KeysWalletWatch?
- No. Without sync it is a complete password manager on one PC. Sync is only for having the same vault on more than one computer.
